By using ​www.islandpride.com.au and/or purchasing a product from our business Island Pride, you agree to the following terms.
Please be advised, these terms may be amended without notice. It is strongly advised that you check in regularly to view our updated terms.
Personal information collected by Island Pride will not be issued to any third party without your consent, under any circumstances other than whomever necessary to complete your order or unless obligated by law.
Please note: We sell our items at festivals, markets as well as on Facebook. If you place an order for an item that has been subsequently sold (as much as we try and update our website as frequently as possible) you will receive a refund or alternatively be offered a similar item, your choice.
If stock is unavailable at the time of purchase you will be notified via email. This will not be a deliberate act in any way. Our priority is customer satisfaction, we prefer for our customers to receive their goods promptly. Unfortunately factors may arise that are out of our control.
We aim to list items accurately at all times, in the case of human error, we reserve the right to correct errors and will not be held responsible or liable.
Please note, items that are specified to be handmade are not always made to perfection. There may be some slight imperfections and differences between items, not one item will be made identical. Please consider this when ordering, if you are not happy with this, please do not order handmade items.
For International orders, it is the buyers responsibility to be familiar with their own country's legislation/regulations regarding receipt of orders, any extra taxes or custom duty payments will be at the buyers expense as we have no control over any of this. Island Pride will not be liable for any item that you purchase from our website that may cause harm due to misuse. Please ensure that you do not purchase items for young children, due to small parts and potential choking hazards.
When ordering it is advised that you purchase additional postal insurance as we will not be held liable for the action of Australia Post. Please contact us to organise insurance for items purchased. Correct address is required to avoid any additional postage fees.
When purchasing custom items it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the information is correct at the time of ordering. Unfortunately refunds are not available on orders that are customised.
