We are a small online family business based in Sydney, Australia and have been operating since 2011. The idea was simple, create a business where Pacific people can come together and find a part of their culture that they can wear and represent with pride. 

FAQ

Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes we do.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: PayPal for international orders and both PayPal, direct deposit  and card payment for Australian orders.

Q: Do you accept returns? Unfortunately not for custom items as they have been customised and cannot be resold. Jewellery items cannot be returned either due to hygiene reasons. 

Q: Can I select to have my items shipped with additional insurance? Yes, please advise when placing your order.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping? A: Our shipping is based on weight and we send our items through Australia Post. You will be advised of tracking details once your order is placed. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate as we will not be held liable for any errors or for the actions of Australia Post. In saying that your items will be packaged with the utmost care.
